If you have Extras with your private health insurance you will most likely be able to claim on physiotherapy consultations. Please check with your own private health insurer for rebates and details once you have spoken with us. Private health cover claims can only be made on group physiotherapy consultations, provided regular physiotherapy reviews are carried out. Physiotherapy reviews are recommended after 3 months, or after any change in condition / new injury or illness.
Cancellation Policy
We understand there are times when you may not be able to attend a scheduled physiotherapy appointment. In this instance we would appreciate as much notice as possible of your cancellation so that the appointment time can be offered to someone else. We can also reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time.
In order to offer the greatest range of appointment times to suit everyone, Next Level Pilates has a 24 hour cancellation policy. This is because late cancellations are generally unable to be filled and the time slot cannot be offered to someone else for their convenience. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a late cancellation fee, this fee being the full cost of the session you were scheduled to attend.
