Group Physiotherapy sessions run for 50 minutes, with a maximum of 3 clients at a time. During sessions, clients are guided by our physiotherapist through a clinically appropriate exercise program which is individually tailored to their needs.

Exercise programs are set based on current physiotherapy research on injury recovery  and prevention. Targeted exercise can improve core (trunk muscle)  strength, flexibility, areas of muscle weakness, co-ordination and balance. Physiotherapy based exercises can also assist in restoring efficient movement patterns and postures into your everyday life, reducing pain and increasing ease of activities.

Clinical exercise programs are beneficial for many conditions including:

  • Persistent pain

  • Back and neck pain

  • Arthritis

  • Osteoporosis

  • Injury rehabilitation and prevention

  • Prior to and following surgery

Exercise equipment at Next Level Pilates includes a clinical reformer, trapeze table and wunda chair, plus a range of smaller equipment such as weights, resistance bands, foam rollers, massage balls, chi balls and swiss balls.
